Having 24 years of local market experience in all types of real estate transactions and having been appointed to the Board of Property Tax Appeals in Clackamas County as a hearings officer allowed me to be involved in value decisions for thousands of properties. I have had price opinions accepted by the Internal Revenue Service, Washington Department of Revenue, Oregon Department of Revenue, several courts in Oregon and Washington, mediators and arbitrators in both states. Many of my peers look to me as a resource for valuing properties. With this background I have hundreds of satisfied real estate customers, hundreds of satisfied tax appeal clients and several attorneys and CPA's who use me exclusively for property pricing.
